The Coaches Collective allows Providers (Certified Coaches, Trainers and Academies) to invest into tennis talent with their currency of time with a promise from a Client (Athlete, Minor Athlete or Guardian) for reconciliation in the future for services provided only.  These Contracts may also be initiated by a Representative (Agent)

The Coaches Collective simultaneously allows Guardians, Athletes and Minor Athletes protection from exploitative Coaches, Trainers and Academies who want % in perpetuity or unrealistic “payback requirements.”  The Association protects every Member equally.

Upon your acceptance to the Association, you will be issued this type of certificate for your specific role.

Contracts: The Collective owns five separate contracts for each specific Certified Member that are all digitally automated, easy to understand, have consistent familiarity and universal recognizability all with clearly defined service and reconciliation requirements.

Amateur Contracts: To be executed by and between a Certified Coach, Trainer and Academy and a Certified Guardian of a Child or Ward under eighteen (18) years of age. One year from the conclusion of the calendar quarter from when services were provided, the Guardian must begin a non-intrusive payment plan on 14% of outstanding collective annually (3.5% per quarter). The Child or Ward may be eighteen (18) years of age or older with permission from the Association.

Engagement Contracts: To be executed by and between a Certified Coach, Trainer and Academy and a Certified Athlete over eighteen (18) years of age with a promise from the Athlete to reconcile their accrued Collective on 15% of their future Tournament Winnings (prior to taxes and withholdings) for services provided only. Upon retirement, two (2) years not having played eight (8) ITF/ATP/WTA tournaments, the Athlete must begin a repayment plan identical to that of a Certified Guardian in an Amateur Contract.

Engagement+ Contracts: To be executed by and between a Certified Coach, Trainer and Academy and a Certified Athlete who has either been the top ATP or WTA singles 650 or top 250 doubles within two years from the execution of the Certified Contract or with permission from the Association via the Engagement+ Application.
